·Presently the company has three series of PTB100N，PTB120 and PTB120N, used mainly for production of drums, big size toys, hollow panel, large auto and industrial parts. Control system of above two major series adopt closed loop control system imported from Europe and hydraulic system is pressure-flow double proportional control, equipped with variable plunger pump to ensure fast and smooth operation of the machine and energy consumption of the hydraulic system can be reduced by 30% or above, saving considerable electricity. Clamping system adopts international advanced diagonal double pulling pole type with large space for the mould and easy for taking out products; the high-precision linear guide ensures a precise repeated positioning. The driving system can be changed to match different types of raw material. Maximum extrusion diameter is 660mm and maximum storage tank capacity is 50L.
